The Mercedes-Benz 300 SL was produced since 1954 by the German car manufacturer and synthesized design, elegance and luxury. The 300 SL, where the acronym stands for Sport Leicht, or Sport Leggera, adopted innovative solutions for the time. The Mercedes coupe had a tubular chassis and a front longitudinal engine of 2,996 cc. able to make the car reach a maximum speed of 260 km / h. The transmission was 4-speed and the traction was rear.
