Designed as a reaction to US Fighters being produced in the 1970s, the MIG-29A Fulcrum was created by the USSR and eventually furnished as multirole fighters to perform a variety of operations. The MIG-29A Fulcrum was commonly equipped with various air-to-surface armaments and precise munitions. They could be armed with weapons such as the R-27R semi-active radar homing AAM and the R-27R, R-73, and R-60 IR-homing AAMs.
